Project Overview

The Automated Omics project focuses on creating a software solution that represents an innovative approach to the analysis of 'omics' data — genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenomics, and others. Alongside a web application, the project will also concentrate on developing new methods for fast and cost-effective analysis on 'edge'.

Through the automatic application of artificial intelligence and statistical analysis, the application will simplify and accelerate various phases of bioinformatics research. The goal is to enable researchers to obtain faster, more accurate, and cost-effective results from diverse data, reducing the time required for analysis and interpretation of 'omics' data.

The Automated Omics application will be developed with an emphasis on accessibility and ease of use, making it available to a wide range of users, including academic researchers, biotech companies, and individual specialists.
